Built For You. When purchasing a Davies Homes, homebuyers have the opportunity to work side by side with interior designer Vicki Howe of HAVENS, Inc. to create living spaces that are uniquely their own. Each buyer receives 20 hours of one-on-one consultation at which time they can choose interior and exterior paint colors, surface materials such as countertops, flooring and fireplace surrounds, and lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and window treatments. Howe can also work with the buyer on furniture and accessory selection so that when they move into their new home it truly reflects their own sense of style.
